Profile

You hold an M.Eng. or equivalent in mechanical engineering with at least ten years of experience in precision equipment design. Essential experience in semiconductor processing or related industries is required, along with proficiency in technical drawings and simulation software. You demonstrate outstanding analytical skills, proven hands-on problem-solving abilities, and leadership experience in guiding engineering teams.

Tasks

You'll lead the design and development of precision mechanical components for advanced lithographic equipment from concept to production. Your role involves managing complex engineering projects within specified timelines and budgets while implementing rigorous quality control measures. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and software developers, to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly. Additionally, you'll mentor your engineering team and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in design processes.
