About this role


As Senior Marketing Manager in Germany (based in Berlin), you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand and campaigns to life. Reporting into the Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for building integrated go-to-market (GTM) plans, driving best-in-class creative execution with agency partners, and ensuring flawless delivery across all touchpoints.



You’ll own full funnel campaigns, with a special focus on building out our mid-funnel and social media strategy, lead the day-to-day with creative agencies, and act as the point of contact for our in-house creative studio. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with strong project management skills and the ability to connect and integrate plans seamlessly across functions.

Key responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day relationship with creative agency partners, managing briefs, timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Own holistic go-to-market campaign planning & execution across channels, touchpoints, and the full customer journey, ensuring activation is integrated and consistent across. Partner with cross-functional teams (media, CRM, PR, partner marketing, etc) to deliver fully integrated campaign activations. Develop and drive the mid-funnel and social strategy, managing the editorial calendar across paid, creator, and organic channels. Act as point of contact for external creative agencies & internal creative studio to deliver against campaign needs. Track performance of campaigns, reporting insights and optimisations.

What you’ll bring to the table

----------------------------------

Strong brand marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns, ideally in a high-growth or competitive environment. Experience managing creative agencies, from briefing through to execution, with a keen eye for creative excellence. Solid understanding of the full marketing funnel, with hands-on expertise in social, content, and mid-funnel engagement strategies & execution. Strong project management skills; able to keep multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets on track. Excellent communication skills in German and English (German language is mandatory). Collaborative mindset: comfortable working with cross-functional teams and aligning multiple stakeholders. Digital-first mentality with proven experience in social, content, and creator marketing.
