Since its inception, Mobile Seasons, better known as “droidcon” has supported mobile software developer communities through a series of technical conferences, education platform, daily publications and more. Starting in 2009 in Berlin, we brought the first droidcon event for Android developers to the market. Since then we have held these events in over 20 cities worldwide. Since 2023 we have also been supporting Flutter developers through our service portfolio. We are in the midst of building a brand and umbrella events for all mobile developers communities which will premier in 2026 and are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help us build our existing brand and product portfolio and develop our new brand accounts and channels. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager who is tech-savvy. In this role you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive growth, brand awareness, and community engagement.
You’ll blend creativity with analytical rigor to develop campaigns that deliver measurable impact. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, performance marketing and leadership teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives and strengthen our market position.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer retention.
Manage and optimize digital marketing programs, including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, email, and social media.
Collaborate closely with the CEO to shape and execute the company’s communications strategy, while partnering with product, sales, and design teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new offerings and product launches - creatively exploring innovative ways to engage and grow our communities.
Lead content strategy and creation, ensuring consistent messaging, brand voice, and storytelling across all channels.
Oversee marketing performance tracking, analyze campaign metrics, and report on ROI and key KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and media outlets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Coordinate on-site social media activities during live events and maintain direct communication with external partners, including journalists and photographers.
Contribute to brand positioning and messaging, ensuring alignment with target audiences and company vision.
Support and mentor marketing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality execution and measurable impact.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a senior marketing and social media communications role.
Excellent and creative copywriting skills at native or near-native English speaking level
Experience building and establishing new brands on various social channels.
Proven experience in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
A hands-on team player who thrives in live-event environments and enjoys rolling up their sleeves, understanding that things get done faster and better when everyone contributes.
