Your tasks
You craft innovative, insight-led social strategies that blend AI-driven tools, platform trends, and influencer culture
You dive into social listening and cultural trend analysis to identify fresh growth opportunities for clients
You develop holistic recommendations that bring together paid, organic, and influencer elements for maximum impact
You collaborate closely with Creative, Paid Media, Data, Influencer, and Client Services teams to turn strategy into action
You analyze performance regularly and adapt your approach to boost engagement, reach, and results

Your skills
You bring 5–7 years of experience in social media strategy from a digital or creative agency environment
You have a sharp eye for platform trends, from TikTok to Twitch, and a deep understanding of what drives audience behavior
You’re confident using tools like Brandwatch, Pulsar, and GWI to translate data into strategy
You think clearly, communicate strategically, and present ideas with energy and confidence
You speak fluent English and if you bring additional language skills to the table, even better
