We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our brand as part of the Group Strategy Team. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives, provide fact-based insights, and act as a trusted partner to senior management—driving decisions that shape the long-term success of HUGO BOSS.

What you can expect:

As part of the Group Strategy Team, you actively drive the strategic direction and further strategic development of HUGO BOSS. Act as a strategic partner to senior management, preparing high-profile presentations for the Supervisory Board, investors, and other key stakeholders, while coordinating across Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Group Controlling. Shape and evolve the Group Strategy, by monitoring market & industry trends translating insights into actionable measures. Provide fact-based decision support through rigorous analysis of strategic topics, delivering clear recommendations and options for senior management. Take responsibility for strategic initiatives from ideation and business case development through to execution, ensuring alignment with Group priorities. Actively contribute to the team´s development as a sparring partner, fostering collaboration and sharing expertise to strengthen overall impact.

Your profile:

Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent. Minium 5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate strategy or strategy consultancy. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving orientation, and assertiveness. Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-driven with a proactive mindset. High standards for quality and precision in deliverables. Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Excellent communication skills in German and English.
