Senior Manager AI Strategy (m/f/d)

As a Senior Manager AI Strategy (m/f/d), you will take on strategic responsibility for all AI initiatives within the company. You act as a bridge between business and technology and drive the company-wide AI transformation.

In particular, you willdrive innovation – test new approaches, measure business impact, and anticipate trends develop and implement a company-wide AI strategy – aligned with business objectives define governance structures – including frameworks, compliance, and an AI governance board act as Product Owner for strategic AI initiatives manage stakeholder relationships – including C-level, IT, external partners, and industry representation empower the organization – through talent development, upskilling, and change management
What you should bring along

Strategic and organizational thinking – you understand complex structures and levels of digital maturity Leadership and influence skills Experience in building governance structures and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) Proficiency in modern AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS AI, GenAI, LLMs) Consulting experience (strategy/technology) is a plus Experience in enterprise environments – SAP knowledge is an advantage Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken Strong soft skills – stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and inspirational leadership Experience with Responsible AI / AI ethics Proven success in scaling AI initiatives – from pilot to enterprise level
