Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d)



Your Responsibilities



Provide legal advice to specialists and executives of Nemetschek SE and, as needed, its subsidiaries, with a focus on contract law, corporate law, trademark law, software licensing, warranty, and liability.

Draft, review, and negotiate internal and external contracts and legal documents—both national and international—in German and English (including intercompany agreements, service contracts, SAM ELA, NDAs, LOIs, DPAs, etc.).

Serve as a sparring partner and interface to the compliance department, contributing to the design of guidelines and training programs.

Actively support and manage contract and settlement negotiations, as well as subject-specific or interdisciplinary projects, both nationally and internationally.

Assess individual legal matters in other areas as needed, such as labor law and data protection.

Prepare legal analyses and actionable recommendations.

Manage and coordinate external law firms, lawyers, and service providers.



Your Profile



Completed law degree with 1 or 2 state exams.

At least 2–3 years of professional experience in an international environment (law firm or in-house), with strong expertise in contract and corporate law.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, with excellent self-organization and a pragmatic, team-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.

A generalist, hands-on approach and enthusiasm for exploring new legal topics.

Business fluency in written and spoken German and English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
