About the Team:

We are looking for a new colleague in our department Legal Electrified Powertrain Technology (GLE) at one of our locations in Friedrichshafen, Schweinfurt, Saarbrücken, Düsseldorf or Koblenz.

Join our team of three experienced legal counsels located in Schweinfurt and Friedrichshafen, working in a virtual set-up with additional support in China, first established in 01/21 with the merger of Div P and Div E. The team is characterized by a proactive approach of handling all day-to-day legal risk management issues of DIV E, including Compliance, as well as having strong ties within the Business and intensive collaboration using all (technical/virtual) means of communication and interaction.

What you can look forward to as Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d):

General Legal support for Div-E, in particular for product line EJ Supporting all inquiries from the operational area of the product line, with the exception of labor and tax law Preparation and negotiation of confidentiality agreements, development, purchasing, sales and/or cooperation agreements Supporting ZF Guss Technologie GmbH (including supervisory board) Supporting program purchasing Div-E and the associated commodity purchasing topics, including E-Warranty (Co-)responsibility for (“small”) customers of DIV-E Coordination and supporting of all legal questions in the area of Digitalization (Co-) Responsibility in the Product Performance Awareness Committee as voting member for EJ topics
Rendering Training

Your profile as Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d):

German Qualified Lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/-anwältin (Syndikusrechtsanwalt/-anwältin) Several years’ experience in the above listed legal areas (in particular regarding general contract law as well as product liability law) Pragmatic, business orientated and hands-on Fluent in German and English (at a minimum)
