Job Description

As a (Senior) Legal Counsel (m/f/diverse), you will be a member of AUMOVIO's Global Law Department with main responsibility for providing legal advice for AUMOVIO SE and its subsidiaries on Corporate Law and M&A projects. This encompasses:

Advice on Stock Corporation law, including the specifics of an SE Supporting the Annual Shareholders' Meeting Advice on Capital Market laws Advice on Corporate Governance topics Supporting Corporate Finance and related transactions Corporate Housekeeping for subsidiaries Advice on and support for M & A projects, with a focus on international transactions

Qualifications

The ideal candidate (m/f/diverse) will possess the following qualifications:

Fully qualified lawyer in Germany Experienced in Corporate Law and/or M&A Fluent English and German language skills (both written and spoken) Business-minded and strong economic understanding Good communication skills Team player
