Your responsibilities:

You will define and shape a flexible and future-ready IT architecture (application, integration, and data) for CRM, Marketing, and Commission engine–related solutions, always aligned with business requirements and the target architecture Acting as a trusted expert, you’ll guide strategic IT initiatives and high-demand programs while ensuring compliance with security standards, policies, and technologies You’ll spot opportunities to optimize the IT architecture landscape, drive automation, and make sure solutions meet non-functional requirements such as security, performance, scalability, quality, and stability Part of your role is to steer and validate the work of external providers and solution architects—ensuring IT compliance, alignment with the architectural framework, and the quality of solutions before handover to operations You will also support project management with structure planning, effort estimation, resource allocation, and the selection of vendors and partners On top of that, you’ll contribute regularly to the Enterprise Architecture Chapter and help co-workers grow by consulting and upskilling them in SAP CRM architecture topics

You offer us:

You bring an advanced academic degree (e.g., Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field) – or comparable practical experience that proves your expertise With more than five years as an IT Solution Architect in CRM, you have gained deep experience in Customer Service & Marketing and worked across diverse projects or service delivery organizations; ideally, you are also familiar with Commission Engine and Output Management You have a track record in strategic IT architecture development and governance Working in IT product-oriented teams is something you know well Managing external service providers is part of your professional toolbox A structured, analytical way of working characterizes your approach to challenges You are confident in your communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex technical matters into clear, understandable messages Your English is fluent at business level, both written and spoken; ideally, you also have good German skills Collaboration matters to you: you see yourself as a strong team player with experience in lateral leadership and cross-functional work
