We are looking for a Senior In-House Consultant – Strategy & Business Transformation (x|f|m) to join the Business Process Management (BPS) team at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. This role offers the opportunity to take on a key position in the strategic development of our business processes – always with a strong focus on customer value. You will lead company-wide transformation initiatives, manage complex, high-visibility programs, and redesign end-to-end processes from a customer-centric perspective. This position is offered on a full-time basis with flexible hybrid work options – including remote work and on-site presence at our Göttingen campus.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of designing and implementing cross-functional initiatives with high strategic relevance Identify levers for efficiency and value creation, and translate them into actionable roadmaps for sustainable process optimization Build alignment across internal stakeholders and top management through clear and compelling communication Manage complex programs from start to finish, including resource planning, milestone tracking, and accountability for results

convince

us

Holds a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering Brings several years of experience in strategic process consulting or internal transformation Demonstrates proven expertise in project and program management, ideally supported by certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 Is proficient in methodologies such as BPMN, Lean Management, or Six Sigma, and familiar with relevant modeling and analysis tools Combines strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex interdependencies and drive solution-oriented outcomes Communicates effectively across all levels – from operational teams to executive leadership Fluent in both German and English
