Who You Are

You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional with a strong foundation in FP&A and controlling. You thrive in dynamic, data-driven environments and can translate complex financial information into actionable insights for senior leadership. As a strategic partner to the business, you combine analytical rigor with commercial intuition to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

This is a hybrid position with three days per week in our Berlin office (at Alexanderplatz).

What You Will Do

Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes across the group Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly management reports, including P&L, variance analysis, and executive-level commentary Develop and refine forecasting and scenario models that incorporate key business drivers and performance metrics Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to enhance reporting automation and analytical tools Partner closely with Finance Operations and Group Accounting to streamline financial close processes and ensure accuracy Support finance leadership with strategic projects, investment analyses, and business case development Continuously improve financial processes, controls, and insights to support decision-making

What You Will Bring

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is a strong plus Solid understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards 5+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial management - ideally within the AdTech Proven expertise in financial forecasting, modeling, and analysis Experience working with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Lucanet) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills, SQL knowledge is a plus Track record of experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence senior stakeholders
