What you will enjoy doing

In the area of safety & Compliance Leadership, you will lead GH2 Safety Steering Committee and Fleet Engineering platform
and drive safety awareness and resolution through cross-functional collaboration
Furthermore, you will conduct supplier audits, support incident investigations and represent Automotive EMEA in global expert teams and EIGA working groups In the area of Trailer Design & Fleet Optimization, you will lead an EMEA Team of Experts to improve trailer safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness Additionally, you will support RBUs/BUs in engineering and design standardization and share best practices with the global Center of Excellence In the area of PGP Plant Maintenance & Engineering, you will develop maintenance programs to reduce costs and improve uptime Also, you will implement data-driven tracking for equipment performance and reliability and identify recurring issues and recommend process or equipment improvements

What makes you great

You have deep expertise in mechanical and process engineering for transport equipment and solid understanding of EMEA regulations, company standards, and EIGA guidelines Proven leadership in automotive engineering and safety within a multinational environment is required, too Furthermore, you have experience in challenging and improving designs, systems, and processes You are able to prioritize and make decisions under pressure with sound judgment Also, you have strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams You are proficient in MS 365, SAP, AutoCAD, and AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
