, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of our next-generation elevator systems and digital services. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic architectural leadership to ensure our solutions are

robust, secure, and future-proof

Key Responsibilities




Transform an established architecture into a

future-ready platform

— scalable, maintainable, and testable by design Design and evolve clean, documented architectures for

24/7 mission-critical systems

Actively participate in

development sprints

, reviews, and provide technical guidance to engineering teams Untangle complexity, introduce structure, and lay the foundation for

sustainable innovation

Regularly communicate solution status, risks, and progress to management in a

clear and concise

manner Drive

secure architecture principles

and ensure secure software development practices Work closely with

cross-functional teams and strategic partners

to align architecture with business goals


Who we are looking for



Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of proven experience in designing software architecture for complex cloud systems (preferably Microsoft Azure). Strong understanding of end-to-end solution architecture, including security, scalability, and maintainability. Ownership and getting-things-done mindset – takes initiative, ensures quality outcomes, and delivers results reliably in a fast-paced environment Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical peers and executive stakeholders. Strong team player – collaborates effectively across global, cross-functional teams, building trust and alignment Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
