Under the direction of the Associate Director, the Sr. Customer Engagement Manager Hematology is responsible for the strategic and operational implementation of marketing, launch and LoE activities for Be One’s hematology portfolio in Germany.

The role combines hands-on product management, cross-functional collaboration at national and global level, launch preparation, including the role as Launch Lead for Hematology (next launch planned for Q1 2027).
The position requires a proactive mindset, senior experience in marketing, attention to detail, and the ability to turn brand strategy into impactful activities that support the field force and strengthen customer engagement. The ability to establish solid and durable networks is key.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Launch ExecutionPlan and execute marketing activities and materials across Be One’s hematology brands, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. Lead the operational launch preparation for Hematology portfolio , coordinating cross-functional input and ensuring readiness across functions. Support campaign implementation and ensure alignment with the global and national brand messages. Manage budget, agencies, and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery. Ensure that brand positioning and messaging are consistently reflected across all materials and activities. Establish dashboards and reportings and brand plan while the operational activities Regular field visits and exchange with KOLs/ doctors

2. Material Development & Field Force SupportDevelop and update promotional materials, sales aids, slide decks, leave-behinds, and training content for the field team. Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Controlling, Legal and Compliance to ensure all content is scientifically accurate and compliant with internal and external regulations. Collect and integrate feedback from the field force to continuously improve materials and customer interactions. Support internal training and product updates to enable effective communication of brand messages by the field team.

3. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and Business Analytics to coordinate brand activities. Prepare and execute advisory boards, congress activities, symposia, and webinars. Support cross-functional teams with market data, competitor monitoring, and input for business planning. Forecasting and budget control for hematology products Maintain close collaboration with international colleagues to ensure consistent brand communication and share best practices. Identify and support new business opportunities

4. Customer Engagement & Campaign ManagementImplement customer engagement initiatives using a mix of in-person and digital channels (e.g., congresses, newsletters, webinars, e-learnings). Ensure smooth integration of omnichannel elements, without losing focus on personal customer relationships and high-quality content. Monitor the performance of marketing activities and provide continuously data-based recommendations for optimization.

5. Compliance & Business ConductEnsure full compliance with Be One’s Code of Conduct, AKG guidelines, and all relevant local regulations. Maintain a patient-focused and ethical approach in all interactions and activities.

QualificationsDegree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of successful experience in marketing, brand, or product management within the pharmaceutical industry, esp. in the field of hemato-oncology if possible: Experience in hemato-oncology, ideally with BTKi or BCL2 inhibitors Strong operational skills and hands-on experience in developing and executing promotional materials and campaigns Excellent project management, teamwork, and communication skills Proficiency in English and German, and comfort working in cross-functional settings Willingness to travel (approx. 25%)
