Your tasks
--------------
Implement the strategic capture management program for the Technology Systems Division.
Align with our division's expertise and strategic goals and orchestrate all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Bid Mangers) in a manner conductive to success.
Lead the capture team in developing winning proposals, including competitive analysis, solution development, pricing strategy, and proposal writing.
Functionally manage and mentor a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) and other internal resources involved in the capture process.
Oversee the development and maintenance of capture process documentation, templates and best practices.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop winning strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within our target customer base.
Manage budgets and timelines associated with capture activities.
Track and analyze capture process metrics to identify areas for improvement.
In select cases, actively participate in developing and delivering winning solutions.

Your qualifications

Completed University degree or comparable and a very good technical understanding.
Minimum 5 years of experience in capture management, preferably within the defence, security or critical infrastructure sector.
Proven track record of leading successful capture teams and winning high-value contracts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences (good English is a must, German is a plus).
Experience in developing and managing capture budgets and timelines.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in leading (functional leadership) and mentoring a team.
In-depth knowledge of RFP/RFQ requirements and proposal development best practices.
A working knowledge of defence, security or critical infrastructure technologies are a plus.
