To support our department Information Technology in Munich,we are currently offering a position as

Senior Business Solution Analyst Marketing (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

You will act as the main point of contact for the assigned departments in all matters relating to digital solutions and processes In addition, you will establish and maintain close cooperation with stakeholders in order to be perceived as a strategic partner You will collect, evaluate, and prioritize requirements from the EMEA region with regard to changes, enhancements, and new projects—in close coordination with the departments Furthermore, you will develop a project roadmap in line with departmental goals and the global IT strategy and independently develop solutions. You will actively participate in projects, take on project management responsibilities where necessary using agile methods, and develop strategies for the digitalization and automation of business processes. Proactively advise specialist departments on new technologies, solutions, and optimization opportunities – e.g., by benchmarking existing processes with best practices You will work closely with other IT departments, such as the Digital Transformation Office or the Citizen Development Initiative, and provide 2nd-level support for the digital solutions used

Your Profile

You have a university degree or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience, particularly in project management in the IT or marketing field Practical experience with common CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Hubspot) as well as experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Emarsys) You also have an understanding of core processes in marketing departments and how IT organizations work, as well as sound project management skills Experience with methods and tools for process optimization and requirements analysis, as well as working with global teams, and a willingness to continuously learn about relevant technologies You are characterized by your independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working, as well as your strong initiative and customer focus Assertiveness, linguistic skills, and a confident manner are just as important to you as they are to us * Finally you enjoy working in a team and are fluent in spoken and written English
