What you will be doing

Design for Services to Meet User Needs.

We’re looking for a sharp-thinking, sharp-talking

Senior Business Design (Freelancer)

who can connect the dots between market signals, user insights, and commercial outcomes.

You’ll help us shape what’s next — new digital ventures, product strategies and service concepts that don't just look good on slides, but actually launch and scale.

Help Us Build What Doesn’t Exist (Yet).

This gig isn’t about incremental optimization. It’s about bold business bets.

Lead

business design workstreams

across venture building and digital strategy projects.


Translate

research into opportunity

: trends, customers, competition, and financials.


Craft

business models, value props, GTM strategies

, and lean test plans.


Co-facilitate and Co-Create

executive workshops

that align teams and accelerate decisions.

Jamming with designers.

Build decks that

speak strategy and sell ideas.

Be the trusted sparring partner to both

C-level clients and internal teams.

Contribute to shaping

engagement strategy

and follow-on opportunities.


You might be a fit if you
Have

5+ years

in business design, innovation consulting, or product strategy.


Experience owning and delivering strategic work with

client-facing confidence.

Have a strong grasp of frameworks: JTBD, BMC, VPC, AARRR, etc.


Are comfortable navigating

complex stakeholder environments.

Are fluent in

English

—

German fluency is highly preferred

for upcoming projects.


Are familiar with tools like

Miro, Figma (for collab), Keynote/Slides.

You’re independent, fast, and love clarity.


Ideally based in

Europe or Asia

timezone for real-time collaboration.
