NTT DATA is currently looking for a

Senior

BPO Solution Architect (f/m/d) DACH

remote (+ travel to clients, up to 40%) for our growing team in Germany and the wider DACH region.

Overview

In this Senior role, you will lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions powered by AI agents and decision-support platforms and will act as the bridge between client stakeholders, product teams and engineers. Furthermore, you will map current-state operations and co-create the future-state AI-native architecture - helping to solution new deals as part of our growth agenda for BPO/BPS within NTT DATA.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client workflows (e.g. claims, lending, KYC) and pain points Architect AI-native solutions leveraging modular agentic platforms Define data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teams Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and tech capabilities Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and drive adoption Work closely together with the Sales team in Germany and Solution team members globally to solution deals

Required Skills:

Multiple years of experience in Solution Architecture, specifically within BPO/BPS Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPO/BPS Presale experience of solutioning deals (size of $5 Million to $25 Million) from start to finish Industry knowledge in BFSI, Insurance or Retail Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skills Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, even if not hands-on Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written

Travel

In this role, you will be required to travel up to 40% within the DACH region.
