Senior Application Support Engineer (m/f/d)
to help us shape the future of digital sales systems.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Operation & further development of central systems
Responsibility for the stable operation and further development of the product configurator as well as support of the CRM system and its interfaces.
Requirements & solution management
Recording requirements together with business analysts and product owners and developing optimal technical solutions.
Technical implementation & quality assurance
Participation in development, testing, bug fixing, and monitoring as well as maintenance of the relevant documentation.
Service, incident & vendor management
Handling incidents and service requests according to ITIL standards in ServiceNow and managing external service providers.
Project work & agile further development
Driving projects for the digitization and optimization of sales processes and implementation using agile methods such as SCRUM.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
At least 7 years of professional experience
Experience in operating Java-based web applications and good SQL knowledge
Knowledge of test, change, incident, and problem management
Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially Azure
Analytical, communicative, and team-oriented working style
Experience with agile methods such as SCRUM/Kanban
Excellent German and English skills
