Application Support Engineer (1st Level) (m/f/d)
to join their internal IT team in Berlin. This position focuses solely on handling incoming support tickets and providing 1st level user assistance.
Your Profile:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent vocational training
Minimum of 1 year relevant professional experience in IT support or application-related system work (excluding internships or working student roles)
Candidates must already be based in Berlin at the time of application
Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level) is mandatory
English skills are a plus
Excellent communication skills and a structured, service-oriented work style
Your Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all internal user inquiries regarding IT applications
Handle support tickets efficiently and ensure timely issue resolution at the 1st level
Categorize, prioritize, and document incidents using the internal ticketing system
Provide basic troubleshooting, guidance, and documentation support to end users
Escalate complex issues to 2nd or 3rd level teams as needed
Ensure a smooth and professional user experience throughout the support process
