IBM iX – Experience the Human Factor.

As a Senior AI Consultant (f/m/x), would you like to use your expertise in artificial intelligence and digital strategies to support our clients in the public sector in optimizing their processes and services? Then you’ve come to the right place and we’re looking for you as soon as possible for a full-time position at our offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf or Vienna.


Your tasks


You develop concepts for optimizing processes and digital services using (generative) AI in the public sector You act at the interface to AI innovations, regulations in the public sector and data management to assess the feasibility of AI-driven use cases In close cooperation with our customers, you define strategies and data/AI-related objectives for their plans and projects Together with our account team in the public sector, you will develop dedicated AI service offerings to win new and existing customers You actively support the implementation of initiated AI projects as lead consultant You will work closely with other AI consultants, data scientists and data engineers and will also be part of the IBM iX Data & AI Practice You will develop new offerings based on regulations in the public sector and tech trends in the market and make the company portfolio fit for the future You will represent us at specialist, networking and customer events as an expert on AI topics and take advantage of opportunities as a speaker
Your skills


You have a university degree and several years of practical experience in the implementation of AI projects (ideally but not necessarily in the public sector) You are able to present (Gen)AI use cases clearly and comprehensibly at different hierarchical levels using the appropriate presentation skills You have the motivation to proactively accompany customers in the public sector on their AI journey You have basic knowledge of the use of common technologies in the areas of AI implementation and data governance You are curious about trends, technologies and digital business models and have excellent communication skills You have a good command of English and very good German (language level C1 or C2)
