As part of an agile cross-functional team, you’ll collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, designers, and product managers
You will facilitate agile ceremonies and processes that support innovation and productivity, ensuring the team can deliver high-quality products effectively
Helping shape and evolve our agile practices - we value agile principles but adapt them pragmatically to our context
You will coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
You will remove impediments and facilitate communication both within the team and with stakeholders
Supporting the team in driving innovation from within, creating an environment where experimentation and learning are encouraged
You will share your knowledge and experience with colleagues and contribute to the wider agile community at BurdaVerlag
What we would expect from you...

Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in facilitating agile teams in a cross-functional environment
Strong understanding of agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to empower teams to self-organize
Ability to identify and remove impediments, and to facilitate productive conflict resolution
Experience in supporting teams that drive innovation and continuous improvement
Empathy and understanding for the challenges faced by developers, QA engineers, designers, and product managers
Strong communication skills in English and German
ISTQB certification or agile certifications (CSM, PSM, etc.) would be a plus
