WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Planning and facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retro and cross-team syncs as well as keeping agendas tight and outcomes documented
Unblocking teams quickly, escalating with context and tracking to closure
Mentoring teams on agile/lean practices, WIP limits, DoR/DoD, estimation and effective slicing as well as implementing Kaizen items from retros
Maintaining team boards, defining, publishing delivery metrics and drive data-informed improvements
Orchestrating dependencies across platform squads and vendors as well as preparing for release/CAB and freeze windows with the Release Manager
Providing concise status, risks and decisions to Product/Program as well as keeping expectations aligned and surprises low
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering or comparable qualification
Several years of experience as a Scrum Master/ Agile Coach in engineering teams
Proven experience with Scrum/ kanban facilitation, impediment removal and conflict resolution
Experience with comfortably operating in regulated/sovereign contexts where evidence and gates matter
Strong facilitator and communicator across engineering, product and security
Familiarity with CI/CD, SLOs, and gated releases
Experience with multi-team platform programs and vendor coordination
Very good knowledge of English written and spoken, German as a plus
