du erfährst alles über die Rohstoffe für das Brauen von Bier und lernst, wie man sie richtigt annimmt, lagert und verarbeitet
du lernst alle Schritte der Bierherstellung kennen, vom Einmaischen bis hin zum Schlauchen
wir zeigen dir, wie man den Hygienestatus einer Brauerei einhält und kontrolliert
Da du bei uns aktiv mitarbeiten darfst, erhältst du einen authentischen und umfassenden Einblick in den Beruf des Brauer und Mälzer (m/w/d).
