Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
Experience as a sales executive in the software sales industry, with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) products and platforms.
Experience with account management, to identify promoting opportunities within the existing account base.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in building and maintaining executive and customer relationships, developing new territories and accounts from scratch, and acquiring new logos at scale to ensure customer success, adoption, expansion, and accelerated consumption.
Experience with business in developing product/solution messaging, narratives, and value propositions.
Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based business activity within business cycles, including qualifying high value accounts and leveraging our partner ecosystem.
Understanding of the market in Germany, including current trends, products, and solutions in Cloud, Productivity, and Collaboration.
Ability to plan, pitch, and execute a territory business strategy.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers on new business as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, managing complex business cycles, identifying solution use cases, and influencing long-term direction of accounts.
Deliver against quota and achieve or exceed business and growth goals while forecasting and reporting your territory’s business.
Work with Google accounts and cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Channels) and partner ecosystem to generate and develop new business growth opportunities for Google Workspace to maximize business results in the territory.
Build thought leadership in the market around Google Workspace through external speaking events.
Lead prospecting, acquisition, and development of new Workspace opportunities in your assigned territory, creating and building customer relationships from scratch, while also maintaining and building current accounts.
