Job Title: Google Workspace Deployment Engineer

Location: Munich, Germany(Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months contract with possible extension

Primary Skills Google Workspace with Migration experience, German language proficiency

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Google Workspace Deployment Specialist to lead largescale Google Workspace formerly G Suite implementations The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in deploying managing and optimizing Google Workspace solutions for enterprise level clients ensuring seamless migrations security compliance and end user adoption

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute Google Workspace deployments including migration planning execution and post implementation support Assess customer environments and develop tailored Google Workspace adoption strategies Collaborate with cross functional teams IT security compliance and business stakeholders to align deployment plans with organizational needs Manage data migration from legacy systems Microsoft 365 etc to Google Workspace ensuring minimal disruption Configure and optimize Google Workspace services including Gmail Drive Meet Chat Calendar and Admin Console settings Implement security best practices including access controls identity management and compliance policies Provide training and documentation to end users and IT teams for seamless adoption Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues ensuring a smooth transition for the organization

Required Skills Experience:

5 years of experience in Google Workspace deployment for large enterprises Strong expertise in Google Admin Console identity access management security configurations and compliance Experience in data migration from Microsoft 365 Exchange or other email platforms Knowledge of Google Workspace API integrations and automation Familiarity with networking authentication protocols OAuth SAML LDAP and directory services Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across different teams Google Workspace certifications eg Professional Google Workspace Administrator are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise security and compliance frameworks Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform GCP and Workspace automation tools
