Sales Operations Specialist/logistics Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

PO Management

Manage and oversee the logistics operations related to customer PO Aggregate, analyze, and report on PO data and sales performance and progress Streamline and document sales aggregation processes
ERP System Support

Assist with the setup and smooth implementation of ERP systems, including simulations and stabilization
Shipping Management and Logistics Support

Enhance shipping operations efficiency by supporting outbound shipping and inventory management Logistics support
Qualifications:

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in sales management or sales operations, preferably in the manufacturing sector & finished vehicle industry
Skills and Expertise

Understanding of manufacturing and automotive industry operations (pereferable) Excellent data and numerical analysis skills Proven ability to improve work efficiency through process optimization Excel (advanced), PowerPoint (proficient) Strong documentation and reporting skills Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and German.
