Your key responsibilities include:

Manage and

support with administrative tasks

, guest comment responses, and maintaining the customer database

Assist with marketing activities

such as hotel tours, telemarketing, mailings, Fam Trips, photo shoots, and Sales Blitzes Coordinate appointments and prepare Sales & Marketing meetings Support the marketing team with copywriting, marketing materials, and

communication with Marriott’s Digital Field Marketing

Manage the

Property Information System

and ensure accuracy and up-to-date hotel information Collaborate with the Events department and independently handle

internal meeting and training requests

in

Opera Sales & Catering

Be able.

Independent, creative, and innovative working style with high motivation and initiative A passionate team player with a love for marketing Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor Positive attitude, high commitment, and negotiation skills Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) Proficient in MS Office applications
