Trade Shows, Seminars & Marketing Support – Remote Position

Join our team as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator—working fully remote—and play a key role in shaping our presence across Germany!

Your Mission

As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will support our Sales Team and Marketing Communications (MarCom) department by ensuring flawless execution of trade shows, seminars, and marketing activities. You’ll help drive event success, strengthen product awareness, and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns—all from your remote workspace.

Your Responsibilities

Trade Shows & Congresses

Manage and process event registrations Coordinate on-site team members Communicate with booth builders, including obtaining quotes and planning details Oversee booth setup when required Organize shipment of exhibition materials Promote trade show participation across channels Handle hotel bookings for event staff

Seminars & Educational Events

Coordinate potential seminar dates and act as the link between sales representatives Book venues and manage communication with event locations Create seminar flyers, mailings, newsletters, and invitations Apply for required certifications Process attendee registrations Prepare seminar hand-outs Communicate with speakers to ensure smooth event execution

Marketing Activities

Collaborate with the MarCom team to create advertorials Produce flyers, social media posts, and newsletters Translate marketing materials (EN ? DE) and adapt global campaigns for the German market Book advertorial placements Prepare outbound mailings (fax or post) Order print materials (brochures, business cards, etc.) for the German market Use CRM and marketing automation tools to manage campaigns, track leads, and maintain accurate marketing data Contribute to marketing budget planning, tracking, and alignment with planned activities and allocated resources Coordinate digital marketing activities including email campaigns, social media, SEM, web content, and lead nurturing Implement global and regional marketing plans to support product launches, awareness, and demand generation Localize marketing assets while ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines Maintain and enhance our social media presence—especially on Instagram and LinkedIn—by planning and posting engaging content, monitoring performance, and fostering community interaction to strengthen brand visibility and relevance.

General Support

Process invoices and create POs for marketing, trade shows, and ECG-related costs Handle administrative tasks (e.g., dealer onboarding, Otoscan forms) Provide assistance to the team as needed Support budget management and financial oversight

Your Tools

You will work with a modern, digital toolset including:

Adobe InDesign and Canva for creating marketing materials MS Office for daily communication, scheduling, documentation, and reporting Salesforce.com to plan, automate, personalize, and measure customer journeys across campaigns

Compensation and Benefits:

Along with a competitive salary and bonus structure, we offer a comprehensive benefit package to start: 30 days paid holiday, Subsidy for retirement benefits up to 40€ a month, and Company Car for private use incl. fuel (for Sales and Service only). Certain openings may also qualify for a Commission payment.
