Building relationships with new and existing B2B clients
Acquiring new clients and maintaining existing client partnerships
Representing company at trade fairs and scientific conferences
Developing and implementing the sales strategy
Identifying potential opportunities which aligns with the companies’ objectives and goals
Organizing and maintaining up-to-date internal knowledge about clients and current projects
Monitoring market, conducting competitive analysis, providing sales report to management, and collaborating with the marketing team
Tracking and analyzing sales metrics using quantitative data and preparing and monitoring the sales department budget

Your profile
Degree in natural sciences with basic knowledge of biostatistics & data science
Several years of successful experience in sales of products / services
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
Experience with CRM tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel
Structured and solution-oriented way of working
Ability to work in team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Very good English skills, German is an advantage
