Are you a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of success in the DACH market? Do you have a passion for leading teams and a strategic mindset to drive business growth? We're looking for a motivated

Sales Manager

to lead our expansion in this key region, focused on Food Service and Coffee Clusters.


As the

Sales Manager for the DACH Region

, you will be based in Germany and you'll be responsible for defining and executing our sales strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will be the key point of contact for our local customers and will work to build and maintain strong relationships with them, ensuring we meet and exceed our revenue targets.

Your Responsibilities





Identify new market opportunities, acquire key accounts, and manage major commercial negotiations. Develop and implement the annual sales plan for the region, including sales forecasts, budgets, and market penetration strategies. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to proactively adapt your strategy. Provide regular performance reports to senior management in HQ, offering clear insights into sales results and market conditions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of success in the DACH market. Deep knowledge of the business environment and commercial dynamics in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills. Excellent negotiation skills and a strong ability to close complex deals. Fluent in German and English (knowledge of Italian is a plus). Willingness to travel frequently within the DACH region and occasionally to our headquarters in Vittorio Veneto (TV) * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
