Lead the acquisition of key accounts in the European industrial robotics market, leverage internal resources to expand market share, and promote product deployment among key accounts.
Market Analysis:
Conduct ongoing collection and analysis of industry trends, sales leads, client information, and LiDAR-related project opportunities, and regularly update forecasts for market demand and order volume.
Internal Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including R&D, Production, and Quality) to integrate resources, provide efficient support to clients and partners, and enhance clients' satisfaction.
Channel Development:
Develop and manage agent resources in Europe, establishing an efficient and stable channel network.
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a STEM discipline.
Proficiency in English as a working language is required.
5+ years of B2B sales experience in the European robotics market, with familiarity in industrial safety radar systems and an existing network of client contacts.
Highly self-motivated with keen market insight, and the ability to quickly engage and secure clients.
Passionate about the industry and role, with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to embrace challenges.
