With our help, building materials in existing buildings are digitized and then reused for use in new buildings, thereby returning them to the material cycle. Tasks \n

  • \n
  • Actively build product, customer, and market knowledge\n
  • Educate prospective customers on new and existing capabilities of the software platform\n
  • As part of the sales team you work with Sales Executives (SE) to research and prioritize target accounts lists in the real estate sector\n
  • Validate and update sales and marketing information in HubSpot\n
  • Qualify Inbound leads generated by marketing activities to identify relevant Sales Accepted Opportunities for SEs\n
  • Perform outbound sales activities (prospecting) such as cold calling to locate and qualify relevant Sales Accepted Opportunities for SEs\n
  • Nurture potential long-term Opportunities through consistent phone and email communications\n
  • Responsible for building a strong, and consistent pipeline of customer leads\n
  • Report on any new market trends that may provide additional insight to sales and marketing to build out messaging for targeted audiences\n
  • Create Sales and Marketing materials that support lead generation and nurturing activities\n
  • Other responsibilities are assigned as required\n
  • The role reports to the responsible Business Development Manager and coaching by the Business Development Team Lead and Head of Sales\n

  • \n
  • Qualifications in the Real Estate Industry\n
  • Background in architecture and green/ sustainable buildings or construction\n
  • Ideally 1-2 years work experience\n
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector is welcome. Target groups: Asset Managers, Developers, Large Architectural Offices\n
  • Strong time management and organisational skills\n
  • Ability to navigate corporate structures and identify decision-makers\n
