As a
Revenue Strategy Manager
at Roadsurfer, you’ll drive high?impact strategic initiatives and enable top?line growth across the business. Working closely with all departments, you’ll lead commercial projects, build scalable analytical frameworks, and turn data into actionable insights that improve revenue performance and profitability.

The role - your passion
Lead and take end?to?end ownership of cross?functional strategic initiatives and commercially relevant projects
Evaluate the commercial impact of planned measures and support leadership in strategic prioritization
Shape the long?term top?line direction of the business model, ensuring initiatives are aligned with growth and profitability goals
Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Operations, Marketing and other key stakeholder to ensure successful execution and measurable outcomes
Analyse revenue performance, uncover growth drivers, and identify improvement opportunities and derive actionable recommendations
Build, automate, and maintain scalable analytical frameworks, dashboards, and reporting processes
What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us
You bring 3+ years of experience in top tier management consulting or a fast-paced environment (private equity, investment banking or venture capital)
You have proven experience in revenue growth and commercial performance
You successfully finished your Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management, finance or a related field
You have strong analytical skills and the ability to put complex information and ideas into clear and actionable recommendations
You have outstanding communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
You bring a hands?on, execution?driven mindset and the tenacity to turn ideas into tangible results
Excellent English (must have) & German (nice to have) skills both spoken as well as written
