Deine Aufgaben

Gewährleistung eines optimalen Kundenservices Aktive Kundenbetreuung mit individueller, kompetenter und freundlicher Beratung Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Präsentation unseres Warensortiments Visual Merchandising mit verkaufsfördernder Warenpräsentation Durchführung aller anfallenden Kassiervorgänge Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen Mitwirkung bei Promotion- und Marketingaktionen im Store Warenannahme, -kontrolle und -verarbeitung Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Inventuren

Teamplayer Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung Erste Berufserfahrungen, idealerweise im Einzelhandel/ Kundenservice Hohe Affinität für Sport und Fashion Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der täglichen Arbeit mit anderen Menschen hohe Serviceorientierung Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität &Teamfähigkeit (flexibler Einsatzplan, einschließlich Wochenende)

Your profile:

Team player Successfully completed commercial vocational training First professional experience, ideally in retail/customer service High affinity for sports and fashion Independent and autonomous way of working Excellent communication skills and enjoy working with others on a daily basis High service orientation Commitment, flexibility & ability to work in a team (flexible work schedule, including weekends)
