About Noah Labs



Noah Labs is the global leader in using voice as a digital biomarker to detect worsening heart failure.



We are building a medically certified (MDR Class IIa) remote patient monitoring platform combining advanced cardiac hardware (e.g., ECGs, implants) with intelligent software for cardiologists and intuitive apps for patients.



We collaborate with world-renowned institutions such as Charité Berlin and the Mayo Clinic, and regularly present our work at top AI and medtech conferences across the globe.

Make it your mission



As a Founder Associate at Noah Labs, your mission is to support the core operations of our startup and drive key initiatives that align with our vision. You’ll work directly with our three founders who bring experience from WHU, Charité, CBS, and Harvard Med.



You will be joining the company at a pivotal stage, as we are currently raising our next funding round and preparing to scale rapidly in the coming months. As part of our early team, you’ll benefit from flat hierarchies and evolving structures, giving you the opportunity to contribute directly to key decisions and take ownership of your own ideas and projects across critical areas of the business.



Expect high autonomy, steep learning, and a front-row seat to building and scaling a startup.



Tasks



What You'll Do



Strategy & Operations



Drive strategic projects across business development, operations, and growth Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to support key decisions

Fundraising & Investor Relations



Support our (post) fundraising efforts by crafting pitch decks and investor updates Coordinate communications with global VCs and investors

Customer & Partner Management



Participate in customer meetings and support onboarding and commercial rollouts Help prepare for conferences around the world

People & Culture



Support hiring processes, performance reviews, and internal events Help shape our young, ambitious company culture

Requirements



Who We're Looking For



Academic excellence: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from top university (Business, Economics, STEM, or related) Top-tier experience: 1-3 years of work experience from Tier 1 / 2 consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups / VCs (Healthcare experience is a huge plus) Strong communicator: Excellent written & verbal skills in English, German is a plus High ownership: You take initiative, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity Motivated by impact: You care about healthcare and want to build something meaningful Entrepreneurial: You are eager to learn what it means to run a startup Based in Berlin: For this position we think it is crucial to be on site and close to the action
