Be our Restaurant Manager – Join Pincho Nation in Kiel!

Pincho Nation is one of the fastest-growing restaurant chains in the Nordics, with 87 restaurants today. We combine international cuisine in tapas-sized portions with an app-based ordering and payment system and a unique, playful atmosphere. After the successful launch of our flagship in Kiel, we are now looking for a Restaurant Manager to take the restaurant to the next level.


This role is about strengthening operations, developing the team, and ensuring sustainable growth – all while delivering an outstanding guest and employee experience.

Your role – Leadership, operations & growth

As Restaurant Manager, you will:



Lead, recruit, and develop your team, creating a positive and engaging workplace. Ensure outstanding guest service and a fun, memorable experience for every guest. Oversee day-to-day operations: planning, scheduling, payroll, and compliance with safety and legal standards. Drive the restaurant’s financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales targets. Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Who you are

Several years of experience in the restaurant industry, ideally in leadership roles. Strong knowledge of the German restaurant market and culture. Passion for operations, structure, and delivering excellent guest experiences. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management. A natural leader who inspires, coaches, and develops teams. Organized, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills in German and English.
