Restaurant Account Manager (m/w/d)

TastyUrban is a multi-brand food franchise. We work with internationally acclaimed Chefs to develop best in market delivery-first food concepts, which are licensed out to local restaurant partners.

TastyUrban is looking for a strategic and experienced

Restaurant Account Manager

to join us at this very exciting stage. You will help us grow and elevate our business across Germany. This is an exciting and rare opportunity, giving you a lot of responsibility very early on, and your work will enable us to achieve a high level of operations with our partners, thereby ensuring the best possible quality of food.

Responsibilities

Launch new partners to grow our brands, with full ownership from initial training to go-live Working closely with the Expansion/Sales team in order to meet growth targets of existing partners Work closely with our partner restaurants and train them on our brands, recipes and ordering technology Oversee daily HACCP procedures and kitchen operations, ensuring our quality standards and smooth operational flows Accountable for the performance of our partners: Star Rating, Food Prep time and Restaurant Uptime Conduct regular visits to ensure service and quality standards while provide guidance and support as needed Build long-term restaurant relationships post-onboarding, and be the key point of contact between our internal Operations and restaurant partners Collaborate with corporate teams to solve operational challenges and facilitate best practice sharing Working closely with the Expansion/Sales team in order to meet growth targets of existing partners

Qualifications

Experience in operations, gastronomy / hospitality experience very helpful Conversational fluency in German and English Tech-savvy, with positive attitude and a high level of empathy towards partners Hands on mentality and willingness to create workflows together with the restaurant partners Motivation to join at a very early stage and taking on a lot of responsibilities from day one onwards Driving License required Willingness to travel within Germany
