Your Role

In this role, you will lead and execute the quality assurance strategy for our software products, ensuring reliability and performance. You will work hands-on with cross-functional teams to design, automate, and maintain test cases, while mentoring engineers to embed a quality culture. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in QA automation with the ability to drive process improvements and collaborate closely with development and product teams.

Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans

Lead by example:

Write, maintain, and optimize automated tests while guiding engineers on best practices.

Collaborate with software development teams

to identify, document, and resolve defects efficiently.

Partner with project managers, developers, and stakeholders

to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites and testing tools

to improve efficiency and coverage.

Analyze, report, and track software defects

, ensuring timely resolution and minimal regression.

Create and maintain detailed testing documentation

Proactively identify opportunities

Your Profile

5+ years of experience

in software quality assurance, with a proven track record in test automation and delivering high-quality software.

Hands-on experience

automating build, test, and deployment processes.

Practical experience

with automated testing tools such as BrowserStack, SauceLabs, Selenium, or Playwright.

Leadership experience

: Ability to mentor engineers, define QA standards, and drive adoption of best practices. Excellent
