  • Gew\xc3\xa4hrleistung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit\n
  • Aktive Abwicklung von Zusatzverk\xc3\xa4ufen (Mietwagen / Hotel)\n

  • Ausbildung als Tourismuskaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) oder als Reiseverkehrskaufmann/-frau (m/w/d)\n
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gesch\xc3\xa4ftsreisen, speziell Gruppengesch\xc3\xa4ft w\xc3\xbcnschenswert\n
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse: GDS Amadeus\n
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Programme\n
  • Selbst\xc3\xa4ndiges Arbeiten und Teamf\xc3\xa4higkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden\n
  • Hohes Ma\xc3\x9f an Eigeninitiative, Servicebereitschaft und Qualit\xc3\xa4tsbewusstsein\n
  • Ein echtes Plus: gutes Englisch. Ein echtes Muss: Deutsch auf MuttersprachniveauSicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden\n
