– as Regulatory Affairs Specialist concerning REACH, you will ensure the REACH compliance of products to secure the right to manufacture in and import chemical substances into the EU and other regions where REACH-like regulation is adopted (UK, Turkey, Ukraine, Eurasia). This includes:


Organizing and supporting BYK’s Only Representative (OR) services for the EU, UK and Turkey Processing substance volume tracking (SVT) in IT systems Working closely with R&D in product development to ensure meeting the REACH regulatory requirements Coordinating and implementing REACH projects, e.g., the microplastics restriction Communicating regulatory compliance information to BYK customers and internal parties Answering REACH-related customer questions in Salesforce
