Who We Are

Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.

To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures—and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

What You'll Do

As part of the EMESA Learning & Development team, you will play a key role in managing and developing our internal faculty and coaching offerings.

You will engage with our internal facilitators and partner with local and global L&D teams to ensure both our internal faculty and coaching programs run smoothly and deliver high impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

Promoting our internal faculty offering and attracting new internal facilitators. Staffing internal facilitators for programs across EMESA. Running the process to recognize and celebrate our most active facilitators. Preparing internal analytics dashboards that show faculty engagement and uptake. Helping to further develop our internal faculty community and its capabilities. Supporting the organization of our coaching offering for the consulting team, across different formats (1:1 and group coaching).
You will take ownership of defined processes, managing them end-to-end—from planning and coordination to communication and follow-up.

What You’re Good At

Building and maintaining collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and geographies. Managing projects effectively, keeping multiple priorities on track, and ensuring smooth execution. Working confidently with data—preparing, analyzing, and interpreting faculty and coaching analytics to track progress, evaluate impact, and derive actionable insights. Taking a structured approach to problem-solving, identifying key issues, and finding practical solutions that drive impact. Communicating clearly and engagingly, both in writing and verbally, with stakeholders at different levels. Bringing creativity and resourcefulness to improve processes, strengthen engagement, and enhance the learner experience.

What You'll Bring

3–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained in Learning & Development or a related field within an international corporate environment or consultancy. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development, or a related field that has equipped you with strong analytical and organizational skills. Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple initiatives and stakeholders across regions. A structured and self-organized working style, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. Curiosity and openness to learning and your own ongoing development. Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint and Excel to create clear and compelling reports, presentations, and insights. Experience working with learning data and tracking systems to monitor participation. Familiarity with adult learning principles or coaching-related methodologies. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of a highly motivated, international Learning & Development (L&D) team. Our culture is built on helpfulness, mutual respect, and trust.

You’ll collaborate closely with L&D colleagues across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and South America, giving you exposure to a wide range of perspectives. Through these interactions, you’ll gain insights into current practices and will play an active role in shaping our faculty management processes.

You will report into the EMESA L&D Director, responsible for faculty management and coaching.
