Job Description

We are hiring a Regional IT Support Specialist to deliver IT support across our EU region. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work schedule.

As a Regional IT Support Specialist, you will:

Provide onsite IT support across six campuses in the European region (Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, and Italy). Assist staff and students with IT requests and issues via service ticket, walk-in, email, or phone. Diagnose and resolve technical problems by analyzing the initial issue description, asking relevant questions, and applying effective troubleshooting techniques. Deliver fast, efficient, and customer-focused IT support for a wide range of incidents and requests Create and maintain customer accounts/permissions/hardware using core administrative tools like Azure. Work in collaboration with a wider team of IT Support Desk Analysts who will provide additional support when needed.

About You

To be considered for this position you must have:

2–3 years of experience in a similar role Have familiarity of Windows based PCs, printers, UPS’s, Switches and other networked devices Good working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office productivity software and user administration tools Fluency in English Positive personal integrity and professionalism, with effective communication and the ability to build relationships at all levels Willingness to travel frequently between campuses Living close to Sotterbach (You will work on campus two days per week) Experience of working in an education setting is a plus
