Regional HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with Responsibility for Global People Development
Your Responsibilities
Join Leschaco as a strategic HR Business Partner with a focus on global learning and development. Drive initiatives that build a strong learning culture, implement development programs, and align regional HR activities with our global strategy. Serve as a strategic HR business partner for leaders and teams in the region, ensuring that local initiatives are aligned with the global HR strategy.
Support the implementation of global HR initiatives by providing guidance, sharing best practices, and ensuring consistent application across locations.
Take ownership of Global Development initiatives, driving talent management, leadership development, and a strong learning culture across the organization.
Implement and manage the global competency framework and its integration into HR and Leadership processes.
Develop and oversee the annual performance review and mid-year review processes – from conception to analysis of global results.
Design and manage the global talent and succession processes: from organizing Talent Reviews to strategic succession planning.
Conceptualize and organize the global leadership program “eXecutive Track” to develop and connect current and future leaders.
Promote a sustainable learning culture, including administration and continuous development of the global Learning Management System.
Oversee the administration and continuous optimization of the Human Capital Application, including system configurations and technical enhancements.
Collaborate closely with international HR teams and business units to successfully implement global development initiatives.
Your Profile
Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
Strong professional experience in HR business partnering, talent management, or learning & development – ideally in an international environment.
Proven experience in designing and managing development and talent processes.
Confident in working with leaders at all levels and enthusiastic about cross-cultural collaboration.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Passion for learning cultures, digital HR tools, and the continuous development of global HR processes.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
