Tasks

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Rollout Manager for AVIATAR. If you have a strong background in IT, business informatics, and project management, and are passionate about digital transformation, we want to hear from you.


Your key responsibilities will be:


Rollout of digital products of AVIATAR at customer sites Enable IT-technical connections and develop technical solutions for customers on-site and remotely Problem solving of customer specific issues and promoting product benefits Supporting & leading Customer Success teams in developing customer specific products Supporting the development of a Digital Customer Community Implementing customer-centric, agile product development Advising airline customers on usability and functionality of AVIATAR products

Requirements

For the advertised position you should meet the following requirements:

University/technical college studies in electrical engineering, communication technology, computer science, or business informatics At least 2 years of experience in cloud-based IT product rollouts preferably good knowledge of airline and MRO IT systems strong analytical and project management skills fluent in English, with the ability to work in a team and a high level of resilience high willingness to travel and work on-site
