! We’re on the hunt for a creative and hands-on Senior Recruiter to join our crew temporarily, helping us find the best talents while our beloved colleague is on maternity leave.


Whether you prefer part-time or full-time, if you love scouting top talent and creating amazing candidate experiences, this could be your next voyage!

Duration:

18 months, with the possibility of extension.

DUTIES ON DECK

Use your creativity to find and engage talent across all business units and seniority levels. Offer an outstanding candidate experience for all talents, always in line with our Holiday Pirates values. Own the entire hiring process: from defining the role, posting the job, to managing the contract. Actively source candidates on all relevant social media platforms, including LinkedIn. Be the sparring partner to all stakeholders in recruitment and build trustful relationships with hiring leads. Help support relocation and visa processes (working with external agencies). Provide clear, consistent updates to hiring managers and the Team Lead HR to ensure full alignment throughout the hiring process.

YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE

3+ years experience as an in-house recruiter, ideally with exposure to senior level roles. Passion for active sourcing and creative, out-of-the-box recruitment methods. Expert interviewing skills, with proficiency in a variety of assessment techniques. Strategic and independent mindset, able to take ownership of complex hiring processes. Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and building trustful relationships. Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Hands-on expertise with Personio or similar ATS systems. Fluent in English and German, with strong written and verbal skills.

Experience in creative sourcing strategies, unusual channels, or recruitment campaigns. Ability to design and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability, while keeping the experience fun and human. Familiarity with relocation and visa processes.
