We are expanding our European team and are looking for a

Recruitment Specialist

who is passionate about connecting top talent with opportunities that make a real impact on the world’s clean energy future.

Your Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in building our international workforce by identifying, engaging, and hiring top professionals across Europe and beyond.

Your main tasks include:

Manage the

end-to-end recruitment process

, from job posting to final offer negotiation. Partner closely with hiring managers to

understand workforce needs

and develop effective sourcing strategies. Actively

source and attract talent

via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks. Conduct

interviews and assessments

, ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the process. Support

employer branding

initiatives and help strengthen the company’s presence in the renewable energy industry. Maintain accurate and up-to-date

recruitment reports and data

using ATS or HR systems. Collaborate with HR and business units in Europe and China to ensure smooth communication and hiring alignment.

What You Bring

A

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

in HR, Business, or a related field.

1–2 years of recruitment experience

, ideally in the renewable energy, technology, or engineering sectors.

Fluent in English and Chinese

– German is a strong plus. Proven record of

delivering great candidates fast

in competitive markets. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you’re both people-focused and results-oriented. Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and digital sourcing strategies A positive mindset, creativity, and the ability to work independently in an international setup.
