Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the recruitment of internal talents according to the personnel process;
2. According to the existing establishment and business development needs, assist the superior to determine the recruitment goals, summarize the number of job requirements and the number of personnel requirements, formulate and implement the recruitment plan;
3. Publish job demand information, open up recruitment channels, and do a good job in company image promotion;
4. Screen, search and recommend resumes according to the job description and communicate the intentions of candidates;
5. Responsible for following up the recruitment process such as interview arrangements and interview feedback;
6. Provide comprehensive support in employee relations, policy interpretation, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution;
7. Assist with managing key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance evaluation, and offboarding, to ensure a positive employee experience.
8. Foster a high-performance culture through guiding manager in coducting performance evaluation;
9. Analyze workforce trends to develop actionable strategies that can improve HR effectiveness and employee engagement
Job requirements:
1. Fluent in German and able to communicate effectively with German-speaking clients; fluent in English with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
2. Candidates with recruitment experience are preferred;
3. Good at communicating with people, good logical thinking ability and adaptability, and full of team spirit.
