ABOUT THE ROLE

Support our Community Team with classic front-office and reception tasks such as check-ins, check-outs and guest care Ensure warm and professional support for our guests as the first point of contact for questions and requests Set up the breakfast buffet and ensure an appealing and varied selection at all times Prepare simple cold dishes (e.g. cheese and cold-cut platters, salads) and drinks, including providing information about ingredients and allergens Welcome guests to breakfast and explain our food and beverage offering
YOUR PROFILE

Ideally, you already have initial experience in hospitality, gastronomy or another service-oriented environment You are a true team player and jump in wherever support is needed Your open mindset and proactive attitude help you learn something new every day Your enthusiasm for excellent service inspires others and contributes to a great guest experience You are tech-savvy, comfortable using digital tools (e.g. booking, communication or POS systems), and enjoy trying out new things You have strong communication skills in German and English You are willing to work shifts and weekends (morning and daytime shifts)
